Returns policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the watch within 14 days for a refund.
Returned items must be unused, re-sellable, and in original packaging for a refund. Returns that have been worn or has damages will not be accepted and are sent back to the customer. The customer is responsible for shipping cost for returned items.
Please note that all sale items, final sale and pre-sale are excluded from this policy.
To start a return, you can contact us on our page under "Contact Us." If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We reserve the right not to accept a return.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for refunds to appear on customers bank account or credit card statements, sometimes longer.
