How soon do you ship my order?

Processing your order will take 12-24 hours and shipping will take on average 2-5 business days domestically. Internationally it varies depending on where you are located. 

Are the watches waterproof?

They are 3AMT water resistant. 

Is Mount Esja a real mountain?

Yes, Mount Esja is a real mountain located right outside the suburbs of Reykjavík, the capital of Iceland. It is one of the most popular hiking routes in Iceland. Mount Esja is not only a single mountain, but a volcanic mountain range. The view from the top is spectacular and allows you to see all over the capital area.

Do you plant the trees yourself? 

We are partnered with a company called OneTreePlanted. For every purchase we plant THREE trees.

Up on arrival my watch was damaged, what can I do?

We quality check every watch before being shipped to make sure it is in perfect condition. If for some reason it is not up to standard you can contact us within 14 days of your package being delivered and we’ll take care of you!
